Man United In The Race For Eric Bailly

New reports have suggested that English Premier League club, Manchester United, have entered the race to sign Ivory Coast international, Eric Bailly.

The 22-year old defender is currently playing for Villarreal, but it is believed that Manchester United have been in talks with the club of transferring Bailly to Old Trafford.

It is not only Manchester United that have shown immense interest in Bailly, though. After an extremely impressive season, Nailly has caught the attention of various, big-name European clubs.

However, some sources claim that Manchester United have already come to an agreement with Villarreal.

According to these sources, Man U has reached an agreement on a transfer deal worth an estimated €40 million and that the only thing left to do is agree on personal terms for Bailly.

However, as is always the case, nothing can be confirmed unless an official statement has been made by both clubs
